Heres an interesting idea to earn a little bit of pocket money. If you have a house with spare parking space then why not rent out the space either short or long term?
You can advertise for free and pay a small commission on results. So if you have a driveway and are near a town centre for eg you may wish to rent a space out for a business worker in the local town. They will save on parking fees, it’s secure and gets you a bit of pocket money………   Sounds Like Win / Win 2 me!!
